MEANS OF PAYMENT

Payment of registration could be made online by a credit card or by wire transfer (before 27th June 2025 and within 15 days).

If wish to pay by wire transfer, please take good note of the following information:

• If we do not receive payment of your registration within 15 days, our software will automatically cancel both your registration and your hotel request. If you pay close to the deadline, it is important to send us a proof of payment to avoid the cancellation.
• All bank charges should be paid by the participant and must be included in the total wired. If the full amount is not received, we will not be able to accept your registration.
• The participant’s name as well as the company name have to be mentioned on the transfer order. Without this information, we will not be able to track your payment and proceed with your hotel reservation.

HOTEL REGISTRATION

All reservation requests must be made directly by each participant or each company (and not through a third party such as travel agency).

The RVS and the Monaco Government Tourist and Convention Authority will do their best to satisfy the participants.

Considering that number of participants largely exceeds number of rooms available in the main hotels within the Principality, RVS revised the right to apply criteria of seniority of the participants and/or the company for allocating the hotel room.

A minimum of 3 nights stay will be requested (within the allotment granted to the RVS).

The Hotel request will have to be done during the process of registration.

None of the hotel requests with preferential RVS rate will be taken by phone, email or by directly contacting the hotel.

The hotel booking, once approved, will be confirmed by the RVS office by email.

For any modification of stay, the participant will have to submit a request via the personnal account only. We invite you to not contact directly the hotel, they will automaticaly revert you to the RVS office.

Regarding the deposit, the hotel won’t contact the participant before june. Once the participant has been contacted, please note that the deposit will be mandatory.

We remind you that the RVS organization DOESN’T take payment for hotel deposit. This has to be paid directly to the hotel.

Please find hereafter the cancellation policy applied for all the hotel of the Principality:

• 1 night deposit charged in case of cancellation between the 07th of June and the 07th of July 2025;
• 2 nights deposit charged in case of cancellation between the 08th of July and the 07th of August 2025;
• In case of cancellation from the 8th of august 2025 the whole stay will be due.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Cancellations are free of charge until 27th June 2025. After this date, a penalty fee of 200 € will be charged for each cancellation.

Registrations are personal and not transferable. We will accept change of name of participant without penalty until 1st august 2025.

After this date, RVS will charge 200 € registration fee for every new participant, even if a participant replaces another.

Due to printing deadline, each person registered after the 1st of august will appear on the additional list and not on the book.

This list will added in your welcome kit distributed at the Registration desk Fairmont Monte-Carlo.

 We will close the online registrations 72 hours prior the congress, on the 3rd of September 2025 (11am). Please note that after this date modifications of registration or hotel booking won’t be possible anymore.

"Rendez-vous de Septembre" reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone whose activity is not related to insurance and reinsurance.
